 Len Dorfman (sp?) has a book on the VIO & KBD (and maybe Mou) functions.  I
don't have the book in front of me at this time, but if you need, I will hunt it
down and post the particulars.  Also the INF version of these docs used to be
available on some of the BBSs (OS/2 Shareware I think).
