The BBS community about 10 years ago was already in a downward slope
honestly. These days it is truely a hobby thing for anyone involved
in it.

I used to write utilities for TG and sometimes one for RG here and
there. But that was back in the day when several hundred or even
thousand people were waiting for that new version with those new
features.

These days if I updated one of my utilities you could likely count
the people that actually used it on one hand. Not a real motivator
to spend the time on it.

No offense to those select few still out there, they're still doing
what they enjoy doing and they're having fun. I can salute them
for that, but their numbers are going down each year because BBS's
have simply been replaced by the internet. Heck, I don't even have
a modem in any of my three computers I use. (My notebook has one
that, oddly enough)
