Saw your post(s), glad you are enjoying your summer teaching.  As for the 
right to work, what a misnomer, we got around it by going to binding arb..  
So far, it seems to be working-but we need to get rid of the Governer as he 
wants to take the size limits off of classes, break up the unions, and 
privatize public schools.  I think it will be the end of education as we know 
it here, only the wealthy would be able to afford a good education.  Lots of 
direction changes need to be made--going to be an interesting 5 years.
