In my binkd directory is perl510.dll 893.012 bytes in seize and dated
03/09/2008 13:17.

Can't check, I do not have perl installed. Could that be the problem?

I do not use the perl hooks of binkd. So I would happily switch to a binkd
version that does not have the perl stuff included. If you compile one, I will
gladly test it.

(IPv6 and FTS-5004 are required though)
