Yuck.
This clause:

you may not otherwise make copies of the Software,

You may not loan, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer
the CD or back-up copy to another user.
Is particularly misworded, as by this you can't back up your server but one
time -- if it had said installation media it would be fine.
There's a couple of other things like the MPEG-4 clause that smack of
things I do not want to even get into. (scum bags.)
