OK, I apologize if that seemed like a flame. I just wanted to point out that
you seemed lacking in understanding of the way music works. And hey, if
you're bothered that you don't play an instrument or understand music in a
technical sense, let me encourage you. It's never too late to learn, no
matter how old you are. If you'd like to learn, then Just Do It, as they say
on the Nike ads. If nothing else, just sitting around 'noodling' on an
instrument is very therapeutic.
However, one need not know how music works to know what he enjoys listening
to. If rapid key changes (going from major keys back to minor, etc.) are not
pleasing to you, then by all means, that's your preference. Listen to what
you like, and enjoy.
