If you have programs on your hard drive, The only thing that I can think of 
would be to somehow (how you go about it is your secret!) disable the ms-dos 
COPY command. Or, just keep your programs on floppies in a locked place. 
Perhaps I misunderstool your intention in your original message. Please 
correct me if I did.
