JUSTIN, TX (April 1, 2004)-Billy Parker and Duraflame RWI Racing will roll
off in 30th position for the start of this Saturday's O'Reilly 300 at Texas
Motor Speedway.  

Parker and his Penske-Jasper powered Duraflame Dodge went out 16th of 49
cars and posted a best lap of 29.205 seconds (184.900 MPH) in Thursday's
qualifying session.  This lap was .761 seconds off of pole-sitter Kyle
Busch's lap of 28.444 seconds (189.847 MPH) around the 1.5- mile Texas
tri-oval and placed Parker 30th of 49 cars.
