Under Squish it is something like

SEND HOLD FILE WORLD

in ROUTE.CFG, with SEND NORMAL FILE  for those systems you wnat
to be able to send files to (like your feed)...

Try that at the end of your ROUTE.CFG, and get Bob to send me a small file.
He'll need to enable routing of files via you. I'm not sure what he'll need
to do, probably just put it in his BINKLEY nnnnnnnn.FLO file to you.
