Calling Malcolm an "ignorant Aussie" is slightly over the edge.
 
He has quite eloquently explained why in his opinion this is an issue.
Dialing "000" here means nothing, overthere it does. It takes
only one person to goof only once seriously enough by dialing emergency
services or clogging-up the lines in times of need and Malcolm could be at
the receiving end of criminal charges.
 
Do not forget that I have also been taken to court, in my capacity of ZC,
on nodelist business. So it could happen to Malcolm and I wouldn't want to
be in his shoes if ever he would be convicted of a criminal kind of
negligence.
 
To me it's quite easy ... as long as a ZC3 asks me to no include
"000"-entries in the phone-number field, I will comply with that
request. It's not as if you are being denied to communicate, are you?
