Mockingbirds eat insects and don't come to bird feeders. I'd be
glad to send you any mockingbirds I have since they like to peck
holes in my tomatoes. I think you must have grackles maybe.
I have those and certain times of years they come in large flocks
to the bird feeder. They do also eat a lot of bugs so that
helps. Also they love bread. But they can clean out a bird
feeder in a hurry so can understand you not wanting them.
