Grin, + or -, same thing really sometimes!  Yes, we are close enough in UTC
to ¨match up at need.  I see you are a mere 1 hour offset so what is the
local time ¨for you when you hit ZMH?  I'd be '1 hour off that' (earlier). 
I'll check that ¨though as i havent sailed to Darwin often enough to be
sure it isnt just enough ¨'off' to make our - and + kinda meet up in the
middle 12 hour set.
