Don't thank me yet. The above will not work properly. To work as intended it
should be:
s/\xC4\xB3/ij/g
s/\xC4\xB2/IJ/g
s/\xE2\x82\xAC/EUR/g
That is what happens when you manually change things like this.

Never. For demonstration purposes I go against the recomendation of using the
diphtong instead of the concatenated form.
