CASCAR Not Returning To Kawartha Speedway

LONDON, ON - CASCAR announced today that it will not be returning to
Kawartha Speedway in 2004. The news comes as a surprise after Kawartha
largely based their March 23rd press conference to announce their re-opening
around CASCAR. They had the CASCAR Super Series machine of Brian Cathcart on
display, and had driver Mark Dilley and series representative Richard
Coughlin address those in attendance.
