Not to worry. I do not have the full text but the overall number who voted
¨down any moved was worked out to be 15% of the nodelisted sysops there.
The ¨only version of it posted here, is from Vladimir who got only specific
enough ¨to say the others were inactive nodes.

If the folks there want a better review, they need to send the full text to
all ¨the ZC's and they have chosen to not do that at least so far. They
certainly ¨havent sent it to me and i'd be the only one who could make
something happen in ¨the ZCC if Ward didnt want that.

So far, my information leads me to believe it is a schizm sect of 15% who
would ¨cause more damage than help. My impression is they didnt have whole
nets for ¨example, so you'd have local dial sysops in different zones and
all the ¨problems that can cause.

The biggest reason some of the Russian sysops have used for asking about a
Z6 ¨node entry (there have been several who have asked and never listed
here at ¨all) is ION issues. The next biggest reason is to remove the
requirement for ¨at least NC level to have some minimal english (something
Z6 objects to but ¨would deal with as they have had no choice at times on
that). I speak ¨metaphorically on 'Z6' now as most of the people who
discussed this are no ¨longer listed.
