   So, what do you do about all the Aussie fax-machines, that resorts to
all zeroes when their internal database crashes? Don't you think it's about
time that you start lobbying against Oz using this stupid emergency number,
rather than having the rest of the world suffer the consequences?

   How safe is that conversation? Do you really need the entire zone 2
segment to be pre-processed before you get it? Or can we safely assume that
Ward's censoring of the more than 90% entries, that constitutes the Z2 part
of the nodelist, is nothing but a political statement and does absolutely
nothing to prevent a fictional Aussie newbie from suddenly starting sending
out international crashmail unattended without even having checked how the
first mail or two went?
