Lawler to join up with him and that the fans never did anything for Jerry 
Lawler with Jimmy Hart that they can make one more run.  Jimmy Hart then 
handed Lawler to check to prove he was serious.  Jerry Lawler leaves 
quietly with check in hand.

Koonta is crawling all over and admiring the new announcers desk to which 
the announcers are objecting.

The match is very good.  Jimmy Hart pushes Dodston off the top turnbuckle

a Johnny chant.

hardest working man Koonta and of course Koko who has returned and now 
Psycho.  Jimmy then points to past members of the first family.  Austin 
Idol,The Late great Troy Graham AKA The Dream Machine, Dutch Mantel and 
Handsome Jimmy Valiant. PYT Express(Koko Ware and Norvel Austin.  Bobby 
Eaton and Tommy "Wildfire" Rich. just to name a few.  We have some 
unfinished business baby.  Tracy Smothers, Bill " Superstar" Dundee. You 
know Jimmy I always finished business but I guess not.  Bill Dundee is a 
gallant gallant warrior who goes down swinging.  That is the business of 
wars.  wars are won by battles.  Hey Bill look here the lights are on but 
nobody is home.  You beg me to tag with you when nobody else would tag with 
you and you turned on me.  He suckerpunched me.  look at this the Lights 
are on but nobody is home guys.  It is sellout Psycho, smasher, smoky 
Smothers and I am not coming for no choir festival and it ain't no revival.  
I am gonna be on you like a duck on a junebug pal.  When you least expect 
it watch your back buddy.  I am gonna be there. Jimmy Hart then whispers 
something your bad.  They then celebrate some more.  Jimmy Hart then says I 
would not wanna be Bill Dundee for any price in the world, Baby.  Hart then 
laughs. Tracy then mumbles when you least expect it.

these slick new billboards around town.  They show a huge billboard outside 
with the Memphis wrestling logo in the middle with Jerry Lawler's picture 
on the top left and Jimmy Hart's picture below that and on the left Brian 
Teigland's picture on top with Cory Maclin's picture below that and the 
time and channel that Memphis wrestling is on in Memphis.  Lawler is the 
picture on one side with Hart and myself, a premonition or something.  
Cory, Seriously you are not thinking of it.  Bill Dundee, While Lawler is 
looking at the check,  I want to talk about Tracy Smothers.  Smothers you 
are right, I have not forgotten about you big and bad.  My shoulder is 
still hurting. Jimmy Hart you snake in the grass, You aint gonna do nothing 
to me.  Jerry you are really not gonna do it.  Lawler then shows Dundee the 
check.  Bill Dundee eyes light up I don't know.  There is a lot of money on 
that check even to the King of Wrestling.  The announcers cannot believe 
it.

> The XWF Cruiserweight Champion Kid Kash comes out with Jimmy Hart.  Hart,  
girls eat your heart out.  This is the greatest Crusierweight ever , daddy.  
Kid Kash is primping while Hart is talking.  You right that I am gonna be 
right in the ring in action.  Everyone has been waiting on me, The K I D.  
You want to see the greatest. Cory you drop that mike one more time and I 
will drop you.  Cory,What do you have to say?  Kid, What do I have to say? 
Look at me!!!!  Do I have anything to say.  This speaks for itself.  You 
want to see a tape of Grandmaster Sexay.  So you say that Grandmaster Sexay 
is gonna send in a tape because he is too scared to tell Kid Kash himself.  
You wanna see the tape?  Do you people want to see the tape?  All Right!!! 
Guess what I found in the trash. Kid breaks the tape itself and breaks the 
case over his knee.  The fans do a you suck chant.  Kid Kash looks at the 
broken tape and insults him. He looks like his daddy, Jerry.  You are 
talking to the Notorious K-i-d, the greatest wrestler in the business.  I 
have been champion everywhere I been!!! ECW, NWA and coming soon to an ring 
near you. I am gonna be the Memphis Champion. you know you retard I otta go 
and knock that tooth out of your mouth.

> The second match of the day is Kid Kash with Jimmy Hart vs. Lifeguard 
Dustin Starr.  The match is good.  Hart distracts Starr and Kid Kash rolls 
up Dustin for the pin.

Jerry Lawler comes out to a loud pop but his music drowns it out.  The fans 
starts Jerry chant.  Jimmy Hart comes to ringside and joins the announcers.  
Jimmy Hart says that his services are free of charge today and talks up 
Lawler.  Jerry would respond to a fist by doom and Hart would cheer on 
Lawler. Lawler would put a move on Doom and Lawler would be celebrating 
until he sees Hart celebrating.  Jimmy Hart tells Lawler that the fans 
don't care about Lawler.  Only I care about Jerry Lawler.  Dooms run Lawler 
into the ref and Doom makes the cover. Hart hits Doom with his Cane.  Jimmy 
Hart is screaming and cheering for Lawler.  Come on King.  Jimmy Hart runs 
up to the ring with both belts and hands them to Lawler.  Jimmy Hart is 
happy.  Lawler's music is playing when he makes the win.

Hart is screaming something that I cannot make out.  Jerry calls hart over 
to the announcers desk.  Are you saying that you are gonna do that for me 
that is to save some wins from big guys like that if I join the First 
Family.  Jimmy Hart,  You are the greatest wrestler ever in this business 
and I am the greatest manager ever in this business.  These people did not 
cheer for you.  They are fair-weather friends.  Lawler, next week is the 
one year anniversary show on UPN.  I think that I will have a major 
announcement next week on that show.  Lawler walks off.
