Possible, but here is more:
Binkd occasinally crashes when it is started with the -C option and the config
file changes. In my setup the node statements are not in binkd's main config
but in an include file. When I change that include file, it sometimes crashes.
There is nothing to be seen in the logs, it just exits. Sometimes with a
windows box saying an error was encountered.
Here is the version info:

Compilation flags: mingw32, perldl, https, ntlm, amiga_4d_outbound, bwlim,
ipv6.
