VERY frequent problem in Windows XP. (as in every day since I first tried
XP when it was a beta.
And VERY annoying.
Also Network drives don't always get displayed in explorer and if they do,
with no name for awhile, and the CD icons in explorer never get updated
when you put in a new CD.
