It basically replicates the more expensive CRT-Based line analysers, but without the packet analysis. That why I asked if you had a complete _separate_ PC, as it won't work on the same PC as your comms application. So one loads up ST on the other PC, hook up the cables between the original PC and the modem, and then analysis/capture the data for later perusal. I was under the impression this is what you were looking for in the first instance. Dieter ... ... Daddy.
