There is a photo of the cyrosatellite in the Star Trek Encyclopedia.
There is a vague resemblance. In the TNG episode I have in mind, you
see the Command Module, Service Module, the engine bell on the back of
the Service Module and a limited amount of detail on the surface of the
two modules. There is no Saturn V attached.
Hint: You have probably guessed that it was *not* a supposedly full-size
Command and Service Module spacecraft. Instead it was a drawing, model,
or other representation of the spacecraft from the Apollo Program.
