I don't know about Europe but I just saw some TLK stickers and gift
wrap paper at a US discount chain department store called Wal-Mart.
If you read Usenet newsgroups try rec.arts.disney.merchandise and
alt.disney.collecting.  You might also try www.nffc.org, the WWW
site of the National Fantasy Fan Club for Disneyana Enthusiasts, a
non-profit club of Disney collectors and fans all over the US and a
chapter in Australia.  Perhaps joining this club and placing a free
classified ad in their newsletter will get you some TLK merchandise.
Check it out!  :-)  Also, on EntertainMUCK the player Kitsune is an
officer of the NFFC, he might be able to guide you further on this.
Be aware that TLK *IS* coming back this autumn (November) in Minneapolis
in test runs and eventually on the New York stage in the form of the new
TLK stage musical.  There will likely be a new soundtrack and new
merchandising connected with the show.  Be patient 'til the show opens.
