OK, turns out it was just Huskylib's makefile.bsd4 that was broken, but
makefile.bsd works. Why they have two makefiles for the one system I have
no idea. Chances are that my changes to timEd will break compiles against
versions of SMAPI prior to 2.5-current, but that's their fault really. I
will probably need to write a different makefile for the older SMAPI
versions, and depend on a USE_SMAPI_PRE25 define (or something) in the
timEd source.
