"We've had a long
day today here at Texas.  We came here a few weeks ago and tested really
good in race runs, but just haven't found the handle for qualifying yet. 
The guys have been working their butts off, but we just haven't gotten
the right package yet.  We were just a little bit too tight.  We just
couldn't get it freed up good to where I could stay on the gas and run
the line I needed to run.  It looks like we might have to dig ourselves
out of a hole come Sunday, but I've got the best pit crew in the business
and they're gonna make up some positions for me."
