Grin, let me be hypothetical for a moment of dreaming up how it would be done?
1. Whole nets, never partials. Large swatches of geography involved and
¨conversion would start at the easternmost end and work westwards.
2. If possible to work it out without causing acromony, dual list for 1
month ¨then clear the old listings. Do this in batches so no one area is
swapping at ¨the same time (too much confusion).
3. Consider bringing over old net numbers to the new zone but use cation
and ¨think about that a long time first (netmail bounce issues).
I've seen senseless ideas of up to a year of dual listing. That would be very ¨bad.
