It's a nice way to serve cauliflower but it doesn't really replace
either riced potatoes or for that matter rice. If someone is on a
low carb diet, fine, do it. But don't tell me that I'll never taste

Yield: 1 Serving
1 oz Galliano
1 oz Light rum
1/4 oz Apricot brandy
2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Egg white
1/4 oz Lemon juice
Shake well. Pour into a tall glass with ice cubes and decorate with
fruit.
