 Gotta disagree with you on that.    Packard Bell built
 some of the finest TV's that ever existed.  Only after it
 closed their manufacturing plants and sold the right to
 use the name did it go downhill.

 And I'll agree with you on that.    Mad Man Muntz tried
 to manufacture everything - cars, TV's, you name it, he had
 his foot in the door.

 I wouldn't be surprised if someone told me Muntz built the
 Silvertone TV for Sears.  Now that was one piece of junk.
