that is true... but those guys have the software to handle issuing the
change... i'm talking about someone offering static domain namespace and
using their own client software to tell them what the client's ip address
is as long as they are connected... if the ip changes, the client software
should handle it with ease and notify the DDNS provider... some
"DDNS" providers are simply HTML redirector services... others
offer actual DNS format entries...
two opposite sides of the same problem...
