You don't know there are more than one set of supposedly validated court
documents for that so-called case?

It occurred in 1826, 2 years before Joseph translated the Book of Mormon.
Before he and his father went to Stowell's farm to help him dig up what
Stowell was sure was an abandoned silver mine on his property, Joseph had
gone to the Hill Cumorah where the plates were buried. Joseph translated
the BoM in 1828. Joseph's first vision had been known by many.

Stowell had to offer high wages to convince Joseph to help him. It was
Joseph who told Stowell to stop digging because there was nothing there.

It was either Stowell's son or his nephew who brought charges against
Joseph, depending on which story you follow.

You don't know what you are talking about. Your "knowledge" of
Joseph Smith's life is limited to what you have read in whichever
anti-Mormon source you have read.
