RW>Think about it. You could grab someone off the street

Hum. . .fantasy you say? About three years ago a young
man was arrested for assaulting an officer, spent about
a week locked up because he couldn't raise bail (I
think he had a record but I'm not sure). When he
finally got someone to listen to him it was discovered
that the guy was dating the officer's daughter and the
officer disapproved. I'm not sure if the officer ever
admitted to a false arrest (I don't think so) but there
was enough evidence of it that the guy was let go. I
have tried to find the disk with my reference file on
that case but I think it was one of the ones damaged.
Now, we both know that probably 99.999% of the LEOs out
there want nothing more then to do their job and go
home every day. But there is and always will be that
small number that forces all of us, LEOs and LACs, to
keep a bright light on all of them.
