There was talk in another echo (ASIA Link?) of one of the old zones possibly
folding.  I think some of the Far East nodes were thinking of joining the
Aussie Zone.  I don't know much about those, so maybe I got it wrong.  It
might be that the Russian nodes could adopt that zone (if they are not
already in it).
