Just status information at startup...

This might be a little confusing, because it also says that if it just
creates the .pkt file in the outbound directory (and doesn't compress it
into an archive file).

This is still good, but after this you would expect some log/output lines
it created the flo file forinstance, or why it failed. I'll try to send you
an update with some more logging later on...
