Glad to know that your first workshop and lecture went sooooo well... 
congratulations on this grand event in your life... 
  As you know  I am thrilled to death for you!
I have not had the chance for the last couple of weeks to do much of any 
sewing or RS'ing... getting the studio in order is taking up a great deal of 
my time right now as well as getting other things in order around here.
 I have hardly had the time to even get on here to see what is happening.
Unfortunately Jerry's father passed away the other night and things are a bit 
up in the air today for me but I am taking a time out to see what is 
happening on the puter... Jerry went to work today... I don't even know if he 
will say anything to his boss about his father's death... that is his way.  
Especially since this is a new job and he has only been there a couple of 
weeks now.  Unfortunately the same thing happened when his mother died about 
14 months ago.. he had just started a new job then. 
  It continues to be very hot and humid here today and so I am trying to stay 
in doors where it is a bit cooler but I have no desire to dig into any of the 
many quilting projects I want to get going on ...  maybe later on if I 
get a bit of energy I will try to start on something. Lord knows I have 
plenty to keep me busy around here ..
