My usual response to this is the same as that of the last few moderators
and a general 'rule' - if it's small (under about 10k) and of general
interest then yes, otherwise no.  I'm happy to have it sent to me via email
or netmail for inclusion on the web pages though - or if it's a hard copy
you can snail mail it to me.
