GIFs are generally of better quality and resolution, but are also vastly
larger than the equivalent JPGs, as you know.  Could be worse though, you
might have created them as BMPs.  :)

Anyway, when (or if) Paul ever upgrades to V.34, file size will no longer
be the issue that it is at the moment (only for us STD-types, of course).
