Have you ever seen a wild/foragible asparagus bed? I certanly haven't.

      Title: Asparagus Milano
 Categories: Five, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
     16 oz Asparagus; drained
    1/2 c  Butter; melted
      1 pk Onion soup mix
      1 c  Mozzarella cheese; diced
      2 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
 
  Pour asparagus into greased baking dish. Combine butter and
  onion soup mix; pour over asparagus. Top with cheese. Bake
  at 350§F/175§C for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and
  browns lighlty.
