PMFJI, but do you know where you can get a copy of the "Rule Book"?   I

one some years ago when I was living in Philadelphia; they happened to have
them for sale at the Ballpark.
I now live in Texas, and have season tix for the Rangers, and my wife and I
would love to get a copy of the Official (97 preferably) Rule Book, but I 
can't
find the thing, and I'll add that it's really hard to find info on how to get
it.
If you have a copy there, does it have contact info on how to get more?
