CG> Has anyone else ever discovered green shoots within a fruit?
What appears to me is the fruit was a little over ripe. The seeds do not
need the sun as they are planted in the ground and void from light anyway. My
theory is the seeds retained enough sugar from the fruit to start the
germination process and you caught them at just the right time. Had the
tayed
in that acidic environment, they would have probably died off.
Good luck on growing them. I would like to hear how they turned out.
