 The Name is Yes. Don't know how many actualy Products or production
lines they took in the deal.
 And is case no one has noticed lots of the Former "Optimius" stuff is
now RCA. In some cases, like the 4 watt RMS mini-Stereo Amplifier that I
used with my computer Speaker system, nothing was Chaged except the
Name on the product.

And the name of the French company is Thompson.
