Sorry for the confusion.  I believe it's roughly 15% bothered to vote at
all ¨with something like 8% being in favor.  A slight majority of those who
replied ¨were in favor of 'a change' but there was no clear compatibility
in what that ¨'change' was to be as far as anyone knows.  Apparently as
many variations on ¨what to change and how, as there were responders?
