I would look at the suprafax site on the WWW.... They have the most current 
flasher and firmware upgrades. Or better yet if you have an idea of an 
upgrade in mind and have $128.00 to spend (plus a rebate of $30.00, so you 
get an external with all the features for about hundred bucks). Buy the new 
External Zoom 56K, not only will you get those fast local 33.6K connects but 
your internet access at 56K is impressive. I tried the Suprafax (I own 11 ) 
and Zoom products has out done them, not only in price but features as well. 
Plus they have the support you can expect 800 number Vs calling direct and 
being on hold for 20-30 minutes..
