Oh there's some *big* microwaves out there.  Plenty well able to handle
your dog.  Heck, they're rated in tons per hour.  A medical facility
near you may have one, and be able to help you and poochie.
If not, a drive to the local air port will work.  Just climb a ladder to
one of those microwave radars.
