That's only your personal opinion. Knowing how all the networks really work is
part of how I make my living. I'm quite familiar with how the moderated
newsgroups on UseNet are censored.

Vigilante cancel messages are a major problem right now for the business folks
trying to use InterNet. Whoever orginally put together the cancel message
procedures didn't bother to incorporate passwords or authentication to control
their abuse.
