subject: 1024 ticks/second

Ok, not long ago, I had ask a question asking if there was something better
than 1/18.2 tick per second on board the computer that works in the background
so this excludes delay, rtc_delay(I tried it, works well!)

There's apparently a 1/1024 counter that I can use, but I lost the code or
misplaced it very well.. So I was wondering if whoever sent it to me could
re-post it..

Also, I have the .exe patch for the 200MHz error.. That TPPATCH program. But I
found a CRT.PAS/CRT.TPU patch on the net, do you just have to put it in your
unit directory and it will use IT instead of the one in the system files of
Turbo Pascal or do I have to extract it somehow and put it in??
