major guess:  maybe it's the /F (if it is it's a bug in 4dos), try without it
if that works, try critfail=yes in 4dos.ini.
Unfortunately for you I'm using 5.52 (which works fine) as I don't run 6.0x
because of bugs I found in 6.00 in the boot sequence, and my laziness to seek
out 6.01.
