If you delete the NTKERN file Win98 will complain when booting up -- when
it's still in the DOS mode it'll come up with a message that the file is
missing or corrupt, you might have to reinstall windows -- just hit enter
and it goes on booting with the only ill effect being that anything that
used NTKERN wont work.
