Oswego, NY - ISMA officials and Board of Directors have announced that 
Kawartha Speedway in Fraserville, Ontario, Canada has asked for a return date for 
the ISMA traveling supermodified series to their 3/8th's mile asphalt oval on 
May 28, 2004. A 2003 date had been cancelled because of a problem between the 
track and the local municipality. The problem has been resolved according to 
track management and they are ready to resume racing there. Also announced  was 
the addition of Derek Lynch, one of Canada's top short track racers, as 
manager-promoter.

Kawartha Speedway President Harvey Ambrose stated on the track's website, 
kawarthaspeedway.com, that "he is delighted that the municipality and the track 
have been able to work together to bring the stock cars back to the 3/8 mile 
oval. We're very excited about the return of racing on Friday nights here at 
Kawartha."
