Another soup. It's still -20 here and too early for salads.
You can't go wrong with a combination of pork, potatoes, an allium
and some kind of cabbage.
My latest one started with a mixture of beef and chicken stock
augmented by the pan drippings from two roasted pork tenderloins to
which I added diced leftover pork, sliced sausage coins, diced
potato, onion and yu choy flavoured with oyster and soy sauces.
Another successful combination of odds and ends.
