Well i am not a bird Phycoligist but i do not think there is much you
are going to do about it.. It is in a birds nature to screem ect.. Trust
me i have a Blue Crown conure and a Blue and gole Macaw in the house..
and it gets loud round here a good bit...The best thing i can suggest to
you is when he starts that to cover his cage see if that helps any!!
