With plenty to spare.  I notice very little slowdown on a Warp 4
machine using a DX33 with 16 meg when I added networking -and that's
slow enough as it is without networking.  And I am rarely aware if the
other 3 machines are actively using the disks on this machine, etc.  I
even had it running InJoy and handling all the Inet calls for the whole
setup for a while.  I'd say that the DX4-133 and 28 meg are ample. 
Only thing that dings my setups - regardless of processor speed and RAM
is printer activity.  That will take some tuning.
